Leadership & Professional Development

The Leadership and Professional Development Series are teaching resources that aim to equip Christian leaders and churches to thrive. They consist of accessible (online), affordable, and quality content from leading academics and practitioners to support personal and professional growth.

These resources cover the 5 marks of thriving faith communities: Robust leadership, Growing Disciples, Healthy Resources, Effective Mission, and Authentic Worship. They generally consist of 2 to 5 webinars that run over varied timeframes. Each webinar is normally 60-minutes long and allows space for interactive Q&A.

These are ideal for both individual and group use. Recordings will be available online the next day in case you miss a session. There are no assignments or compulsory requirements.

These can be included in the ‘Personal Growth and Learning’ component of Baptist Registration.

Prices vary for each online teaching series, some are free, most are in the range of $50-$100 for each series.
