At the heart of all vibrant faith communities is the mission of forming people of all ages and generations in Christian faith and discipleship for a lifetime. How and what a congregation is learning is critical to building a vital congregation. Churches can build a culture of lifelong faith formation that forms, sustains, and deepens Christian discipleship for everyone.

This three-part webinar series will guide church leaders in envisioning a lifelong approach to faith formation that engages all of the ages and generations in the faith community; and in applying practical strategies for developing holistic, effective, and innovative faith formation “cultivates the seeds of the Gospel” in families, children, youth, and adults.

Presenter 

John Roberto has spent a lifetime working in faith formation—teaching, writing, researching, consulting, and developing program resources. He is the founder of Lifelong Faith Associates and currently serves as Executive Director of the National Community of Catechetical Leaders (NCCL), the U.S. Catholic religious educators organization. John has a master’s degree in religious education from Fordham University, graduate studies in sociology at Catholic University, and a honorary doctor of divinity from Meadville Lombard Theological School. His latest publication is Lifelong Faith: Formation with All Ages and Generations (Church Publishing, 2022), and his website is www.LifelongFaith.com.
