Description
As pastors, many of us grapple with the challenges of managing staff, volunteers, and teams. Yet mastering these skills is essential to church health - not only to support growth but in fostering meaningful involvement that inspires continued service.
At the end of each session, you will receive actionable tasks to implement before the next session.
Sessions
This course, delivered in 4 sessions, will cover key aspects of leadership and team management:
Webinar 2: Effective communication, they why, the what, and the how. 2nd July, 1pm, 2025.
Webinar 3: Facilitating meetings and envisioning your team, navigating difficult conversations and conflict resolution. 7th August, 1pm, 2025.
Webinar 4: Accountability and reviews, facilitating learning and development, celebration. 4th Sept, 1pm, 2025.
Michaela Vernall has been a dedicated Member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church team for 25 years, serving alongside her husband Craig. Together, they have raised three married children and are proud grandparents to five (and counting!). Over the years, Michaela has gained extensive experience in staff and volunteer management, organizing large community-focused events (including music and production), fundraising, as well as outreach and mission work. One of her greatest passions is team building, and she loves helping people find their place within church life and outreach. Michaela is excited to share her insights with you!
